Held by the Frederick arts Council, this ticketed event will have up to 150 people from the Frederick area coming to indulge in "Decadent Desserts", with a number of local restaurants competing with their own entries into the dessert competition. Fr. Leo will be a "celebrity chef" who will have the chance to give a presentation and cooking demo. The purpose of this event is to help keep the 2012 Frederick Festival of Arts free for the general public.
